After a break-up, if an agreement regarding the custody of the children cannot be reached between both parents, a judge may have to render a decision. In that case, and because the fundamental interests and stability of your children are at the heart of the judicial analysis that shall be required by the judge called upon to make a decision, I will be there to defend your interests and protect those of your children.

During divorce, I will help you make a list of the properties included in your family patrimony and work towards determining their fair market value to ensure a fair and equitable partitioning between all parties involved.
